The Duke Radio Network gives a regional radio audience
the ability to follow Duke football and men's basketball games. With the addition of XM Radio and Duke Inside Access,
the radio network can now be heard live by a nationwide and worldwide audience.
The football broadcasts provide in-depth game coverage,
live play-by-play and post game press conferences straight from the locker room. A one-hour tailgate show, hosted by
John Roth, is broadcast live from the Blue Devil Tailgate Terrace at home games.
Two-time North Carolina Broadcaster of the Year Bob
Harris, the voice of the Blue Devils for 30 seasons, calls the action for Duke fans each game. Analyst Wes Chessen joins
Harris and is in his 26th season providing color commentary while Anthony Dilweg, the 1988 ACC Player of the Year, joins the
broadcast team from the sidelines.
The men's basketball broadcasts also include a one-hour
pre-game show and following the live play-by-play action, it provides direct access into the post game press conferences.
Harris handles the play-by-play while Roth serves as color commentator and Matthew Laurance is on the sideline.
John Rose serves at network engineer for both football
and men's basketball. The Duke Radio Network is operated by Moore Productions of Durham, N.C.
